Children's Ministry
There is no greater joy than to share the love of Jesus with a child. Children's Church, (HIS KIDS), exists to do just that. Our greatest desire is for children to come to know and love the Lord deeply. We are partnering with parents to grow the church, build community, and make disciples.
Our gifted and creative team love the Lord and love kids. Children will participate in an exciting journey through the Bible that not only teaches but equips them to stand for Jesus in today's culture. Fun and engaging hands-on activities aid in understanding and practical application.
We believe that children are part of the Great Commission. Our program includes a strong focus on Missions. Children will be inspired by stories of real-life missionaries. During the week, families are encouraged to serve in any of the outreach areas developed by our church.
We praise God for the privilege of joining with you in our loving and secure environment to share Jesus. HIS KIDS is open 15 minutes prior to service.
Preschool Ministry
Preschoolers are important at Murdock Baptist Church. We at MBC recognize that investing in our children is the Church functioning in its educational task of teaching and training those who will become its future members and leaders. Our Preschool Team staff does far more than just provide childcare. We see our ministry as a God-given opportunity to teach preschoolers about the love of Jesus and to partner with their parents in their spiritual development. We focus on meeting the child at their level, providing a safe, loving environment while creating a meaningful and enjoyable class experience filled with new Bible adventures every week.

Our preschool is open to children from Birth-Kindergarten and meets every Sunday during 9:00am Worship and 11:00am Adult Life Group; as well as 6:00pm Wednesday evening Bible Study.
We utilize a state of the art secure fingerprint check in/out system; and each classroom is staffed with two team members to provide the utmost safety for the children.

L.I.T.T. | Student Ministry
LITT exists to help students see their need for and begin a relationship with Christ. After beginning this relationship, we help the student lay a foundation on living out this new relationship in every area of their life. There are 2 recurring weekly events. Wednesday night Bible study that meets at the student building from 5:45-7:15pm. During this time the students will be involved in a large group teaching time, age appropriate small groups, games and musical worship. Sunday morning from 11-11:45am the students will be in age and gender divided life groups that meet in the student building. These times give the students the opportunity to dig into the Bible and find out how to live out this relationship
Other activities students take part in include:
Age specific conferences | Summer Camp | Mission Trips | Movie Nights | Game Nights | Service Projects | Just to name a few.

Women's Ministry
Join us as we strive to enrich the lives of women. We want women to be grounded in God’s word and to be all they can possibly be right where God has them planted. Whether this woman is a student, career woman, mother or a long time believer we want to equip her to fall in love with Jesus and allow that love to permeate every area of her life. We do this by offering challenging Bible studies and discipleship classes that give women a time to not only learn God’s word, but also allows them to fellowship and meet other women who share the same joys and struggles. Our hope is that as our women face day to day challenges they will be equipped to stand firm in the Lord, have friends to stand with them and be able to tell others about Christ, her hope.

ALL IN Men’s Ministry has one goal and vision: to assist men with their walk with Christ. Our desire is to help men have the courage to explore and begin their walk with Christ, the strength to develop the lifestyle that enhances the discipleship patterns of Christ, and the endurance to live a victorious life that allows their family, friends, colleagues and the younger generations to find their fulfillment in Christ.
Media Ministry
This ministry is compelled to continually lead people into a new or growing relationship with Jesus Christ through relationships, the use of technology tools and to provide a quality medium by which the praises of God, the Word of God, and activities of the church can be communicated clearly and effectively.

The Worship Arts Ministries of Murdock Baptist Church seeks to glorify God though growing believers in spiritual formation, artistic excellence, and servant leadership, through leading in corporate times of praise, and through reaching the unsaved and unchurched for Christ through the arts. Our desire is to give opportunities for artists to use their talent for God's glory. The Worship Arts Ministries, also known as "The WAM," provides a number of opportunities for those who desire to serve on a team. Our various vocal and instrumental groups, along with out technical and production teams have positions for all skill levels.
